I would like to take this opportunity to Thank the Branch Manager of Standard Bank Golden Walk for the amazing, warm and fuzzy Customer Service rendered. She went an extra mile and beyond expected boundaries to assist me. I was really prepared to switching banks but after this experience will not. Standard bank needs such leaders who walk a mile in a customers shoes and always give them the urge to come back.
