Excellent service with speed! Compassionate!

<p>Standard Bank has my thumbs up! Thank you to Sechaba Rakoloti - I logged my complaint at the Complaints Centre and instead of 1- 3 days as per their said turnaround time, Sechaba the consultant called me back within 2 hours of logging my complaint. He was very professional and compassionate and listened well. He promised to sort out the two processes required to solve my problem. He gave me an excellent expected turnaround time - this was a bit hard to believe because the third party had said it would take up to a month to sort out - Sechaba and Standard Bank sorted out my problem within two days!! Excellent service with Speed! Thank you very much Standard Bank! I can now proceed with making my life and my family's much better! That is the implication of his action! I truly appreciate the great service, Standard Bank!!</p>
