Excellent Service Wellness Day Pollsmoor Management Area
I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received from Mbongi from Standard Bank Longbeach Mall branch, she was at Pollsmoor Management Area Wellness Day on the 15th October 2025 she was professional, patient, and very helpful in assisting me with the query I had.
Her communication was clear, and she went above and beyond to ensure that all my questions were answered. I truly value her efficiency and friendly approach. Thank you Mbongi for providing such outstanding customer service it made my banking experience smooth and pleasant.
