I would like to express how impressed and professional service I received from a Gloria Kasigo at credit card enquiries. Unfortunately I wanted rate her level of service . But our connect on my og hone at end. Of our call . As I was waiting give my feedback. The line was terrible so eventually the rating section was cut off . That’s why I’m express my satisfaction with the service and how professional Gloria acted .She listen and understood my query . And right forward me a document to complete . ( which is to be completed and returned soonest. Standard Gloria Kasigo was face of representing your by brand to me as a client . My ibdakut her for excellent service , as she did you proud . M we as consumer often complain , which is our right . But forget the time to bring to anyone attention when . Excellent and very personal service is provide which in this care . I honestly have say was 10/10. What ever scal is that you rate the agent too . Whether it’s 1-5 or 1-10 . Regards Gloria deserve 109. ./. The highest rating . And I myself have had years of call centre experience seeing that our company has their own one. ( know a little bit of the working’s of one ) and there I don’t often give 100./. Satisfaction rating . But with call this morning being Saturday around 9.30 until 9.42 am .
