Excellent Service Standard Bank, Im dumping FNB!!!

<p>I have been a loyal private clients account holder at FNB. I recently made an application for a home loan, to my surprise I was offered a very high interest rate, conscidering the condition of my credit record that I have managed to maintain in a good condition, preparing myself for property ownership. I asked FNB to review the rate and they came back with a 0.05% decrease, quite pathetic I must say. I then approcahed Standard Bank, which I never planned to as I foolishly expected that my bank would be able to give me the best terms. I was under pressure as I had to meet a deadline to submit my final approval to the agent. Standard Bank managed to complete the entire process is 4 days, can you imagine???? AND offered me an excellent interest rate. The service that I recieved from the consultant I was dealing with was excellent, he will have to forgive me for being abit of a nag though.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Standard Bank.
