Excellent service received from Std Bank

I visited Standard Bank at Simmonds Street to finalise my vehicle application. I have not experience service like that for a long time. Firstly the service of the lady working at the reception area of the vehicle/homeloan area were exceptional. She went out of her way to assist me, and to get hold of Jack Ntsane for me. I waited there a while, and the way she greeted and assisted everyone who came in was outstanding. She has the perfect attitude, and I could see she enjoyed her work. An outstanding lady really.<br> Jack Ntsane, who worked with my application, also went way out of his way to assist me. He was friendly and professional, and I felt like a VIP with the service he provided. Thank you Jack, because of people like you I understand why Standard Bank is regarded as the best financial institution.
