EXCELLENT SERVICE RECEIVED FROM MY PRESTIGE BANKER- LAUREN SOLOMON

Good Day, I would like to commend my PRESTIGE BANKER Lauren SOLOMON for her EXCELLENT SERVICE RECEIVED for the past 2 years, she was out of her role this past month and upon her return she assisted me without an appointment, wow that's great SERVICE, I needed a short term finance and in a few minutes she managed to have it approved ?. I was approached by FNB and was about to move my banking account but by this I will remain a loyal standard bank customer due to her. I also had bad SERVICE by the contact centre which gave me a bitter taste but Lauren convinced me to stay and remedied my issues.
