My Fellow South African, I would like to thank the Credit Life team from Standard Bank especially Wilhemina Phalane. This lady made my Friday after a very hush experience I had regarding my Home Loan ( Life cover) to be precise. She went out of her way by calling me and explained in detail how the issue was going to be resolved. She was so humble even after the Gray Hair I gave her. Well done Ausi and keep up the great Excellent Customer Service you provided.
