Excellent Service Highly Commendable

I was at Standard Bank N1 City Mall, yesterday, 12th March 2021 and discovered the Self Service Section inoperative due to a technical glitch and was offered by one the consultants to utilize one of their own computers, in order for me to complete an online transaction. This kind of excellent service deserve indeed an accolade and is highly commendable, including the Consultant! for going beyond the call of duty!
