Excellent Service, Great Attitude

I would like to thank Cwenga Mdokwana for the excellent service he offered when I called in with a problem. He kept checking on me, when I was on hold as he was checking something for me. Through out the call, he explained what he was doing on his side and explained all the steps i needed to take to solve the problem. It was an absolute pleasure receiving assistance from Cwenga Mdokwana because of his great attitude, excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
