Excellent service from Tshegofatso Mahlare

I would like to take my time from work, just to say thank you to Tshegofatso Mahlare, she is the first person i spoke to on the phone, that helped me with my consolidation issue, and where she could not help, she politely asked for me to hold while she speaks to her manager, and she logged queries, gave me my reference numbers, and i really felt comfortable talking to her on the phone, i cant say much about the call but she made me really feel at ease<br> <br> some of her co-leagues like Bukani, have no clue what they are talking about on the phone, some referred me to the branch, only to arrive in sandton to find the bank has moved, but when i decided to call again Tshego was my angel<br> <br> thank you Tshego for saving me stress of going to the branch<br> <br> Good service sister, keep up the good work and help others with the same dedication shine
