Excellent service from Standard bank Westgate.

I was having issues with my credit card and problems with duplicate and incorrect fees charged. I had phoned the call center a few times and unfortunately the issues were not resolved, so I decided to go to the branch at Westgate where I was dealt with by very kind and professional staff, in particular Matilda Papo who sorted this issue out with card division and followed up with me to let me know the progress and also to let me know that the issue was finally resolved. Matilda was very polite and super-efficient in assisting me with my card issues. This was greatly appreciated!
