Excellent Service from Rosy Stevenson
On the subject of excellent service. I would like to offer my sincere thanks and heartfelt gratitude to one of you staff members Rosy Stevenson, who has been unfailing in her dedication, commitment and perseverance in looking after me.
I would like to Thank you Rosy for taking ownership and going the extra mile to assist me. After weeks (almost 2 months) of no assistance from Standard Bank Prestige Banking I wanted to move to ABSA but Rosy's professionalism and ability to provide appropriated solutions have exceeded my expectation. Moving to another bank is big step for my wife, kids and myself and I was so frustrated that we were ready to take that step.
Her calm, patient manner was a great help to me when my frustration with prestige banking was at an all time high. Your remarkable problem solving abilities are rare indeed.
