Excellent Service from Pierre Hanekom & Melvin Botha (Standard Bank)

I would like to put on record the excellent service received from Standard Bank, particularly the Manager, Mr Melvin Botha who referred the matter promptly for actioning and Mr Pierre Hanekom who picked up on the issue and constantly followed up and provided feedback; eventually resolving the matter most effectively. It is people such as Mr Botha and Mr Hanekom that re-instill one's faith in the financial sector. Thank you so much for the excellent service! I would definitely recommend them for a 'True Blue' award and/or that they be recognised for being passionate about their clients and going the extra mile
