Excellent service from Emma.
Good day, my name is FS Moshood, I am a long standing client of Standard Bank and I had an unfortunate experience where my account was stopped and I had communicated with ***** department and my account officer but no help was provided. Emma stepped after my post on Hello Peter and within a week or so it has been sorted. We need more diligent and customer centric agents like you Emma, you're a star.
