excellent service from Dipuo Standard bank

all week i tried to contact STD bank credit card centre to see if i cant get to trace my new card,all call centre agents asked me to wait for 7days,i tried my luck today and i went through to a very proffesional lady called Dipuo,She was very helpfull,very sincere and understanding.Dipuo managed to check for me when my card is and informed me that it was delivered at which Branch.however i did not expect the branch to notify me of the arrival of my card cause they are just that way,My card was delivered to Chrishani vosloorus branch on the 2nd November and nobody notified me. to Dipuo big up to you madam,Great customer service.keep up the Good work.
