Excellent service from Arlene at your Helderberg Branch

It is not often that I have something nice to say about banks, but I had exceptional service from Arlene Muller at your Helderberg branch on Monday. I needed to FICA my mother's bank account and also get a new bank card. Arlene was pleasant, efficient and most knowledgeable and helpful. The whole procedure took over and hour and she was most patient. She gets full marks. So good to see staff that are well trained and know what they are doing. She is an asset to your organisation and to the Helderberg Branch. Thank you Arlene!!
