Excellent service from a staff member
I was recently retrenched and had to do run arounds for all my accounts for credit insurance . After being left traumatized by most businesses, I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Miss Raquelle Adriaanse of your Long Street Branch Cape Town . She handled my situation with so much empathy and grace. Thank you Raquelle for being that ray of sunshine .
