Excellent service

I would like to thank two professional ladies from standard bank Edendale mall (pmb) Zama and Hlengiwe. These ladies helped me when I was down and out, Zama gave me an advise that helped me to sort out my financial issues I had at that time that I had no idea about. To me that what a true banker should do give sound advice to their clients and help them find solutions or alternatives instead of problems. I really appreciated their help Zama gave me an alternative solution but could not execute same day for a reason I understood and the next day I had to go back to finalize my request I was then assisted by Hlengiwe another patient and professional soul my request could not be fulfilled because of the system issues but she was patient it took almost an hour if not above, I was just observing her she did not become sour she kept her smile and tried her best up and down referring to her superior for assistance until my request was fulfilled. That for me is exceptional customer experience. Thank you so much Edendale mall for such great service to your customers and I must mention the branch Manager also is superb! Thanks again much appreciated!
