I had the pleasure of interacting with Abongile on the 26th when I phoned STD Bank. I had two difficulties that she handled with ease. After contacting with various persons, including the complaints department where I was neglected by Praveen for a month, she was able to answer my questions. I had purchased electricity in February that had not been topped up. She was highly educated about everything and eager to help from the beginning.
