Excellent service at consultant desk

I wish to compliment Linda Govender from your Malvern Park branch in Queensburgh.

Friendly, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable, she ensures that I was attended to promptly and sorted my query out with zero fuss.

All the same, I must state that the lady at the front help desk, was rather inefficient and not helpful at all. She was having a chat with her colleague and seemed annoyed that I was awaiting service.

But hats off to Ms Govender. She did turn it into a pleasant experience instead
