Excellent service and going the extra mile

I had months of frustration trying to get Standard Bank Insurance to contact me. I e-mailed Willie Els of the Standard Bank HOME LOANS department in desperation who immediately saw to it that I got a response within about 30 minutes although it had nothing to do with his department at all. I really appreciated what he did and he is an asset to Standard Bank. I cannot thank him enough.
