Excellent service and Compliments to Debt care centre, Homeloans, VAF, Revolving Credit department

Thank you so much I appreciate it and by then I should be back on my feet thank you so much for the response it is highly appreciate it. Is there somewhere where I can send a compliment with regards to the service I received from both you and Kutlwano for going the extra mile to resolve this matter as I have called in and required that numerous other agents assist but the 2 of you are the only ones that have the decency to provide me with the necessary feedback that was required and also able to assist with getting the matter resolved in my favour amidst these difficult and trying times.

Especially due to the fact that we have been sick after testing positive for Covid my wife being a full time student and myself not earning any fees during this time..

I have never in my life seen such brilliant service from a bank as I have other facilities with other banks and their responses was NO we can’t help you for that I applauded you guys for excellent service
