Excellent service and a great attitude

On 11th Feb'15 I approached the Standard bank Fordsburg branch with a problem that I had been experiencing with a linked account that I needed to close. I had been to the Maraisburg branch the previous week but they were unable to resolve the matter effectively.<br> I was introduced to the Branch Manager, a young, vibrant and dynamic individual who treated me as though I were the Only Standard bank client. From the onset, I could tell that my issue was going to be sorted out and by the time I exited that building, I felt like I was on-top of the world.<br> We always say that youngsters are not able to deliver a service in most businesses but this young man proved me wrong. He was the most charming, patient, incredibally helpfull and extremely respectful person I have ever encountered. I made comment to some of his staff members about him and they only sung his praises proving once again that if the staff is happy, everyone automatically gives the best. Daphney and Johannes are really dedicated staff members as well and the assisted diligently.<br> Thank you guys, now I will have a different song to sing to other prospective Standard bnk clients.<br> You guys are Awesome and Muzzafar - you Rock!
