EXCELLENT SERVICE

Standard bank Kokstad. I had an issue with my new cell phone the data did not transfer correctly from the old phone. Hence I could not use the Standard bank app. I was helped by Zama Mdlalose from this branch who went out of her way to assist me. She was very knowledgeable and efficient. It took her sometime to get it all right and displayed the patience of Job throughout.

My sincere compliments go to her and the remaining staff who have always displayed efficiency and courtesy to me. I have been a loyal customer of this branch for 52 years.

It is very refreshing in this day and age to find well trained and friendly staff in any business let alone banking institutions. Well done!
