I just wanted to bring under your attention the following:

I have been struggling with my banker for service for a view months with no success. I left messages with no success. By that time I didn't have hope for Standard bank and the quality of service. I dicided to visit Standard bank, N1 City, because my banker is useless. At N1 City, Standard bank I met a lady by the name of Tembi Mayisela. I explain my problem to her and she immediately assure me that she will sort out my problem. She really committed herself to my problem and so she did.

I want to thank Tembi Mayisela for her excellent service and the constant “can do” approach to satisfying customer needs. Her service, the quality of the consistently pleasant and positive attitude at Standard bank ,N1 City are the best. Those qualities make it an absolute pleasure to visit N1 City, Standard Bank. It's nice to know that Tembi Mayisela is a source I can always count on.
