Excellent service

We (Simphiwe Dyantyi & my wife Manthomeng Chele) were submitting documents at the VFS office in Rivonia Village offices. There were outstanding docs needed that included 3 months bank statement, certified copies of ID & medical aid cards. We went to the STD bank branch close by, we were attended by a gentleman called Sabie Augustine & we explained our problem since we don't know the area. He certainly made our lives easier by saying \ I'll do those copies for you and certify them". In my mind I did not believe him but we gave him all the documents & did what he promised. We pranged a lady co-worker that we are going to take them to hello peter & the answer was simply like \""we are used to that\"" but she did not know that we are in the high about the excellent service we were receiving from her colleague. I report my excitement because I have lost hope in many companies more especially banks like Nedbank branch in Vanderbijlpark"
