Excellent service
After months of delays to get an extension on my daughters student loan, it was finally approved a big thank you to Melandri Rahman (Digital Client Experience), you are exceptional and to Sharon-Rose Buys of the Carlton Centre Branch as usual you're a shining star and an asset to the company. You were the one that assisted me since March again a big thank you
