Excellent Service!!

Hi, <br> <br> I called your call centre today to get a letter I needed from the bank and had to hold for over 25 minutes, but I understand, you were obviously very busy. When a lady by the name Tsakani Mathebula answered she made the wait worth it! I'd rather hold for long and speak to someone like her than to hold for 10 minutes and speak to someone that's nothing like her.<br> <br> She was polite to start off with and very helpful, knew exactly what I needed when I explained to her the reason for my call. She made my laugh and I got all the requested documents while still being on the line with her.<br> <br> My suggestion - promote her to a training position! If all your agents could be as professional and proficient as her your customers would be much happier! I say that based on some of the previous agents I've dealt with.<br> <br> It's easy for people to complain and people hardly compliment someone when they deserve it. She definitely deserves this review!<br> <br> Hope to talk to her again if I ever had to call the call centre again!<br> <br> All the best!
