Excellent Service

9:00 o clock on a Saturday morning and the last place I would want to be is the bank getting my account Fica'd, Again!!<br> Waiting second in line, I was approached by Sabie who got up from the client he was busy with to let me know that he would assist me shortly.. In all my years of standing in queues at the Bank, I always felt like just a number, so I was rather impressed with Sabie and his service standards. <br> <br> When assisted, Sable showed genuine concern and I felt confident that my query was going to be sorted. Sabie went the extra mile and I am really and truly grateful for his great service and positive attitutude. He definitely took the pain out of FICA !!
