Excellent service
Today I received a call from a lovely lady by the name of Brenda Phenephi who assisted me with my insurance query. She was professional, kind and friendly through out the call. For a woman my age she was amazing and deserves to be recommended. She answered all my questions and explained everything in a simple way. Today I am a happy standard bank client because of her. Job well done.
