I had a very complex query which was dealt with speedily with timeous feedback and acknowledgement from Nkululeko Sithole from the Complaints Resolutions Centre. That is what I call excellent customer service and at this rate, especially with people like Nkululeko, you will move all your clients forward. Thank you Nkululeko.
