Excellent service

I have had so many bad experiences with Standard bank that I really did not want to visit the branch last week Saturday because I expected to get the same bad service. I have had an account with Standard bank for a few years and I just recently opened up a cheque account, The lady that assist me with the cheque account messed it all up and did not close my old account.

I am this first to complain when bad service is received and I feel that I should also compliment a service well done. Nokuthula Ndlela is an awesome lady who knows how to treat a customer the way they should be treated, I walked into the bank wanted to close my account but this lady managed to easy my mind, Well done Nokuthula
