Excellent Service

I have been having trouble getting my cell phone number changed with Standard Bank for my OTP, I have gone to the bank in Milnerton 3 times to amend my details but it was never changed. I finally went to the branch in Montague Gardens and Cayline assisted me with this matter and explained certain things to me and even followed up with me via email to make sure that everything is working and in order. I have not experienced such service from any bank teller and I commend her and thank her so much for all that she has done to make my life easier<br> <br> Thank you again Cayline<br> kind regards
