<p>I needed to take a re advance on my bond after doing renovations to my property. I gentlemen by the name of Oswald Nhlapo contated me with regards to my query. This man was extremely helpful and kept to his ETA's. He had an assesor come out to me within 2 days and the following week as per my indicated requirements the money was paid to me and the loan i had taken out for the renovations closed. He asked me in the beginning how long i would like this process to take and i said 2 weeks. It was done in less than 2 weeks with no fuss. Standard Bank really made my day.</p>
