Excellent service

<p>I would like to Andile from Standard bank Sandton City for the excellent service I received.</p> <p>I request that my credit card be delivered at Tembisa, but instead it was delivered at Kempton Park and I requested that it must be transferred to Sandton city branch, but again it was delivered to Sandton branch, when I went to collect my card Sandton city it was after 17H00 because last time I check the branch was closing at 18H00, and when I arrive the branch was already closed but Andile was still available, and I explained to her my situation and she log back into system to check for my card, but unfortunately the card was not at her branch, and politely advised me to go to the Sandton branch the following day, and I went the following day to collected the card, after I left the branch I tried the card at ATM to see if everything was in order, but card wasn’t functioning and went back inside the branch and they couldn’t pick up what was the problem with the card, they called the call Centre but still nothing was done, and late in the afternoon after 17H00 I went to Sandton City and likely enough Andile was still at branch and explained to her situation she pick up that there was a block on the card to where I needed to wait for 24hours she said politely with a slime, and sympathized with me, and assured me that after 24hours the card will be active, and when I check after 24hours the card functioning. I was willing to close all my account at standard bank but after the exceptional services that Andile give me I changed my mind, may you please thank her for me.</p>
