Excellent Service

<p>I just want to comment the professionalism displayed by Hilton Witbooi from Standard Bank Park town branch. The queue was not moving and there was only one person at the enquiries to assist. The Team Leader was busy and also took forever to appear to address our complaint about the queue not moving.</p> <p> </p> <p>Hilton Witbooi just stepped up and intervened by assisting at Enquiries even though it wasn't his designation. That doesn't happen anymore and it was so refreshing to see such dedicated service and experience such efficient customer service from one's banker.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm a satisfied customer and everyone in the queue were so happy, when Hilton stepped in the turn around time was literally under 1minute.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thumbs up to Hilton, I'll definitely go back to that branch and stick with Standard Bank.</p> <p> </p> <p>Satisfied Customer</p> <p> </p>
