Excellent Service

<p>We had a pleasure of dealing with Mpume at Standard Bank Southgate Mall. My two sisters and myself approached Standard Bank to open a club account. She was very polite and professional. Whenever there is a delay of some sort i.e. system slow etc, she will inform us and apologise for the delay, she didn't keep us guessing of what might be taking so long. Very down to earth individual. As we were leaving Standard Bank we were chatting and thought we were very lucky to be served by such a wonderful consultant. Mpume, you are a star, well trained and a professional. Maybe I'm not the first to compliment your service, if I am, maybe others are just lazy to write but I'm sure they appreciate you. These days is not easy to go into the bank and walk out a happy customer. Keep up the good work sisi.</p>
