Excellent service

I was at two branches of Standard Bank, between them I was shoved around to 5 people who just did not assist me. I will not soil this compliment by mentioning the other employees.<br> I went to the Campus Square branch, while waiting Felicity Herman came up to me and asked me how she could assist. I sat down and explained my problem. She diligently sat and listened, and duly advised me what I needed to do. When I comp**** with what she requested, she sat patiently and assisted me and solved my query as I needed it to be solved.<br> While talking she advised me that she will be retiring in the near future. I wish her well in her retirement but I must say it will be a great loss to Standard Bank, as you simply DO NOT get customer service anymore on the level of this lovely women. I sincerely hope Standard Bank appreciates what a gem they have in her.<br> I remain in appreciation.<br> S.Mohamed
