Excellent-Professional service-Standard Bank Ucount rewards department

In the past weeks, my UCount account had a problem and as such couldn't earn point. I then called the Ucount department at standard bank, and I was assisted by Janine Paulse (Ref ***), wow wow what an exceptional service that I haven't receive in years. Mrs Paulse, was on top of her game, gave me update until the whole issue was resolved. I sincerely hope that standard bank is really looking after her, and that she may teach/coach others how to treat customers. She is brilliant in everyway, loves her job and I pray that she keeps on rising high, get promoted, looked after in everyway.

@ Standard bank Ucount department, please look after Janine Paulse, she is an asset, and we are loyal at standard bank because of people like her.
