Excellent efficient Service from Personal Banker

What outstanding service! I had a problem with internet banking which could NOT get resolved by Internet banking and I was most frustrated after spending hours of time. I contacted Natalie Heugh of the Port Elizabeth Branch who is my Personal Banker and she immediately assisted me personally and resolved the problem within 5 minutes.
