Excellent customer service Not
Today I phoned the Prestige Line and I was assisted by Johan Du Plessis. What a pleasant experience. He resolved all of my queries and did not hesitate to go the extra mile. Unfortunately I could not rate the call as the call ended without giving me the opportunity to do so. Good customer service is always appreciated.
