I just received awesome service from Sade at Ucount. She was patient even though I had accessed an incorrect screen.

14 Nov 2019, 21:03Thank you for the acknowledgment. I wish that Bernadine Naidoo (HelloPeter Complaint RE: ***) would take a leaf from Sharde's book. After complaining about disputed international transactions and international fees charged to transactions charged in rands, I get junior responses that show no understanding (or perhaps her lack of willingness to understand) and insults me as a good client of the bank. Please could the Complaint Resolution Centre get someone competent like Sharde to assist me. Thanks.
