Excellent Customer Service from Liesel Botha

Liesel took the time to spend with me on my loan application. She acted in a very friendly and professional manner. As far as I am concerned, I would recommend her for anyone wanting help. As for Standard Bank as a whole, I have no complaints. Any problems I have ever had, have been handled promptly and I think fairly. I would recommend Standard Bank to anyone wanting financial products of any kind. My work schedule is tight and for the most part I do not have my phone to communicate. She has been patient and also very educating about every little detail pertaining loan applications and what it entails. I can't thank her enough for her guidance throughout the journey.
