Excellent Customer Service from a Friendly Standard Bank Representative
I contacted Standard Bank this evening to verify a payment I made to another account, and I had the pleasure of speaking with a gentleman whose name I unfortunately forgot. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to assist me with my query. His professionalism and willingness to help made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I want to sincerely thank him about his great service
