I got a call from Mmathapelo who wanted to inform me about my Card upgrade and the added benefits which come with the package. Her presentation displayed a person with a lot of information in terms of product knowledge. The call came subsequent to her having called me the previous day and sending me an email which empowered me to prepare for her call the following day.
