Excellent customer service.

I contacted Standard bank call centre regarding my home loan. I was assisted by a lady by the name of Margaret. I was blown away by the excellent service she has given me. She was very professional, passionate and you could tell that she loves her job. If I had a company I was going to hire her. We need more people like her and she deserves to be promoted and lead by example. As its rare to find customer agents like her nowadays.
