Since I have known her, she is always there to assist me anytime of the day, she responds immediately and escalate my issue. She os such a friendly lady and has s very welcoming customer service. If any department that I have a query with doesn't respond, she ensures that I get help as soon as possible. I fully rely on her with any assistance I need.
