Excellent customer service

Dear Standard Bank, I am writing to you to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service which I received at your branch from my visit on the 9th March 2022. Annah Lehobye assisted me with the replacement of my personal credit card as well as with issues I had with my corporate card. She went out of her way to resolve all the issues. She has a friendly and positive attitude and demonstrated all the qualities that employers seek in searching for promotable employees. She is certainly an asset to Standard Bank, and I trust that she will be rewarded for her excellent customer service.
