Excellent Customer Experience

It is with great delight that I write this compliment e-mail to you regarding Shan Billings.

I had a homeloans related complaint that was logged in February with Homeservices customer service, credit and customer resolution. The query related to my ITC profile report that was not factually accurate. During this period I spoke to countless consultants , specialists, team leaders and managers but they could not resolve my complaints. My stress and frustrations where ultimately resolved when this was referred to Shan. He was very instrumental in the investigation and ensuring that the matter is resolved accordingly.

The are no words under the sun that can best describe my gratitude and satisfaction regarding his product knowledge, professionalism and dedication for excellent customer experience. Shan is a great example of a universal banker , a leader and a custodian of customer service. He demonstrated excellent qualities of a future ready leader. I am more than certain that Shan is an asset to the Voice Branch aswell as to Standardbank.
